IV. Policy Statement

PJS prohibits sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation.

V. Scope and Jurisdiction

Applies to conduct within a PJS education program or activity in the United States.
Conduct outside this scope may be addressed under other institutional policies.

VI. Definitions

Includes quid pro quo harassment, hostile environment harassment, and Clery/VAWA offenses.

Reports may be made at any time in person, by phone, email, or anonymously.
